Studio tool information
Privacy notice
How Danoram Studio YouTube Ops handles information. This notice concerns the private YouTube tool, not our games or Discord feedback service.
Document updated:
Operator and contact
This tool is operated under the studio name Danoram Studio. The studio operator is responsible for the information handling described in this notice.
Contact the studio for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. Please identify the relevant channel or record, but do not send passwords, tokens or recovery codes.
Information accessed
With the channel owner’s Google consent, the read-only connection can retrieve channel identifiers and branding; uploaded-video identifiers, titles, descriptions, visibility/status and statistics; and channel performance reports such as views, watch time and subscriber changes. Public comments and public author details may be returned for a specific review.
Google handles sign-in and consent. The tool receives authorization tokens, not Google passwords or recovery codes. The current grant does not include Gmail, Google Drive, payment or YouTube write access.
Purpose and recipients
We use requested information to identify the correct studio channel, review content and reported performance, and support the owner’s channel operations. We do not connect visitors’ channels through this website.
The local tool sends approved requests to Google. Results are returned to the owner’s Codex assistant and processed by OpenAI; they can appear in task history. Selected records can also be held in the studio’s private workspace, private GitHub repositories and private Google Drive backups. These public pages do not contain those records.
Processing is not confined to the local computer. Provider processing, including retention and any model-improvement use by the assistant service, depends on the applicable service terms and account settings. We do not sell API data or use it for advertising.
Storage and security
On the configured Windows computer, OAuth client configuration and tokens are encrypted for the current Windows user and stored outside the source repository. Authorized processes in that Windows session can still use them. Reports, assistant history and backup copies have separate access controls.
We do not publish authorization tokens or private channel reports on these pages. The public website does not receive the local tool’s authorization tokens.
Retention and deletion
Credentials are retained while the authorized connection is in use. Saved API metadata and comments are refreshed or removed within 30 days. Historical authorized analytics may be kept while needed for channel operations, with authorization rechecked at least every 30 days.
Deletion is handled by the studio owner, not an automatic website feature. Email a deletion or disconnection request to the contact below. Associated stored data is removed as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days of a direct request. For consent revoked in Google account permissions, authorization is periodically rechecked and associated data is removed within 30 days.
The removal review includes local reports, private repository history, assistant task history and backup copies. Revoking access alone does not erase those copies; relevant provider deletion controls must also be used. Provider records independently required for security or legal obligations are subject to those providers’ rules.
Removing this tool’s copies does not delete the original channel, videos or comments on YouTube. You can independently revoke the Google connection using Google account permissions.
Visiting these information pages
The page code has no signup form, advertising, embedded YouTube player, analytics tracker, or browser-storage feature. Reading it does not authorize access to a YouTube channel.
The pages are delivered through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and network delivery involve technical request information, such as the requested URL and network/browser information. Platform-level logging and essential security or sign-in technologies are separate from the page code; this notice does not claim that the hosting platform stores no visitor information. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ policies.
Google’s policy
This tool uses YouTube API Services. Google’s processing is explained in its privacy policy.
